outdoor sessions
There’s something different about being outdoors.
Maybe it’s the way
the wind moves through your hair.
The way the sun hits your skin.
The way nature has a funny way of reminding us who we are underneath all the
pressure, expectations, and noise.
Outdoor boudoir sessions feel wild.
Free.
Untamed.
They are for the woman craving more than just pretty photos.
They are for the woman learning to take up space again.
Bare feet in the grass.
Messy hair.
Sun-kissed skin.
Belly laughs.
A little chaos.
A lot of magic.
No stiff posing.
No pressure to “perform.”
Just movement, emotion, connection,
and moments that actually feel like you.
These sessions are less about perfection…
and more about feeling alive again.
A Moment that was Hers
She spends her days taking care of everyone else.
Little voices calling her name.
Tiny hands needing her attention.
A business to run. A home to hold together.
A life that rarely slows down.
She’s the one who shows up.
The one who gives.
The one who makes sure everyone else is okay…
even when she’s running on empty.
Somewhere along the way, she stopped seeing herself.
Not as a mom.
Not as a provider.
But as a woman.
This session wasn’t about being “sexy.”
It was about remembering she still exists outside of everything she carries.
And for a few hours…
she wasn’t needed.
She was seen.
She Remembered What it Felt Like to Breathe
Some women walk into a session nervous.
Carefully guarded.
Still carrying the weight of everything life has asked of them.
And then there are women like her.
The kind who kick their shoes off without hesitation.
Who laugh with their whole chest.
Who let the wind hit their skin and the water pull them back to themselves.
A mother.
A woman who spends most of her days taking care of everyone else while carrying the pressure of a job that rarely slows down.
But out here on the lake?
There were no schedules.
No expectations.
No one needing something from her.
Just sunlight.
Water.
Freedom.
And a woman finally allowing herself to simply exist again.
Maybe that's why I've always been drawn to driftwood along the shoreline.
There's something beautiful about things shaped by the journey that brought them here.
Worn by the waves.
Softened by time.
Still standing.
Women are a lot like that.
She Forgot Herself Somewhere Along the Way
She’s a mom first. Always.
The one making the meals.
Paying the bills. Holding everything together
behind the scenes while the world
keeps spinning around her.
And somehow…
she’s also a grandma.
Though you’d never believe
it looking at her.
Life moved fast.
Kids grew up while
she was busy surviving it all.
Busy sacrificing.
Busy pouring every ounce of herself
into the people she loves most.
Women like her rarely stop long enough
to ask themselves what they need.
But this session?
This wasn’t for anyone else.
Not for her children.
Not for a relationship.
Not for validation.
This was for her.
And somewhere between
the warm water,
the laughter, and the
quiet confidence
that started showing up in her eyes…
she remembered that
she’s allowed to take up space too.
Not just as a mother.
Not just as a caretaker.
But as a woman.
Even After Everything, She Still Chose Love
Some women become softer after loss.
Others become quieter.
More guarded.
More careful with their hearts.
And then there are women like her.
Women who have every
reason to shut the world out…
but somehow continue choosing love anyway.
She lost her father as a little girl.
Her mother before
she was even fully grown herself.
And then the unimaginable,
losing her son.
The kind of grief that changes a person forever.
The kind you don’t
simply “move on” from.
And yet somehow…
she still shows up.
For her children.
For her family.
For the women around her.
For complete strangers who walk into our group needing support, encouragement, or simply someone to remind them they matter.
She carries pain most people will never fully understand, but she refuses to let it make her hard.
There is still softness in her. Still beauty. Still light.
Sessions like this feel quiet. Tender. Almost sacred.
Not because it could ever erase her grief… but because it honors the woman who survived it.
The woman who kept loving anyway. The woman who keeps blooming.
Wild Hearts Don’t Need Permission
She’s the kind of woman who was never meant to fit neatly into a box.
Smart as hell.
Driven.
Independent.
The kind who can hold her own in any room…
while still craving adventure, freedom, and a life that feels fully lived.
She spends her days building a successful career, but outside of work?
That’s where her fire really comes alive.
Motorcycles.
Horses.
Fast moments.
Open roads.
Wind in her hair.
She isn’t afraid to take up space.
To try new things.
To chase the kind of life that makes her feel something.
And this session felt exactly like her.
Untamed.
Earthy.
Fearless.
Like a woman completely at home in her own skin.
Not performing.
Not trying to be what anyone else expects.
Just existing as the wildly beautiful, adventurous soul she already is.
